Bill is the Owner and Advisor for the Matthews office  of American Prosperity group. He works intimately with clients to develop plans and programs that minimizes taxes and maximizes the ability to create lifetime income streams and perpetuate wealth to future generations.  His qualifications include:

  • Registered to sell Securities and Variable Products in North Carolina, South Carolina, New Jersey & Maryland
  • FINRA Series 6 & 63
  • Life, Health & Long-Term Care Insurance Licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, New Jersey, Illinois, Ohio & Maryland
  • Active Member of the Matthews Chamber of Commerce
  • Active Board Member for Shepherd Center of Charlotte
  • Board Chairman for Christ Our Shepherd Ministries
  • BS from Rutgers University, MS from New Jersey Institute of Technology

Maria Romeo
Office Manager/Gerontology Specialist

Maria runs our office and keeps all the parts organized and moving seamlessly. She is often the first point of contact for clients and is ready, willing and able to assist them in any way she possibly can. Her unique qualilfications that compliment our client relationships include:

  • Bachelor of Arts in Therapeutic Recreation and Gerontology from Kean University, NJ.
  • Member of Matthews Chamber of Commerce - Ambassador Committee
  • Member of the Senior Resource Coalition (SRC)
  • Member of the Active Adult Advisory Council (AAAC)
  • Member of the Charlotte-Mecklenberg Council of Aging (CMAC)
  • Appointed North Carolina Notary Public
  • Board of Directors Member For Shepherd Center East
  • 15+ years of gerontology experience working as a Director of Therapeutic Recreation for various long term care facilities and Rehabilitation Centers in NJ & NC
  • A strong relationship with numerous Senior & Eldercare Organizations throughout the Charlotte-Mecklenberg/Union County area to access quality services and resources in eldercare planning for our clients, their family and friends
  • Passionate about treating every client like they are our Aunt, Uncle or Grandparent!
